SPHheashots6Didi Goldenhar has served as Senior Program Consultant to AWP since its founding in 2001. She consults on social change initiatives and thought partnership throughout the nonprofit sector, including the New York City Leadership Academy, Nathan Cummings Foundation, Barr Foundation, Rapid Results Institute, Year Up, and the Leading Change Project at Harvard/KSG. Publications include the book Leveling the Playing Field (co-authors Shifra Bronznick and Marty Linsky), a guide to gender equity and systemic change in the Jewish nonprofit sector. She has presented and facilitated in diverse venues, including the Open Society Institute, United Way, Advanced Leadership Institute/Harvard University, White House Project, Yeshivat Maharat, Brandeis University, and the Simmons School of Management. As a volunteer, Didi has volunteered with the International Theater and Literacy Project in Tanzania and at the Agahozo-Shalom Youth Village in Rwanda. She is a board member of Groundswell Community Mural Project and the Grand Central Neighborhood Social Services Corporation.
